My love for photography started in high school - yep, I was the photo nerd. When I learned how to roll, process, and develop B&W film in my high school photo class, I fell in love. When I captured the sparkle from the morning dew drops on black and white film, it was game over. I loved being behind the camera and not just creating, but capturing.

After high school, I went on to get my Bachelor's degree in Photography & Digital Design - interning & learning how to run a photo studio from a mentor. So in 2011, right out of college, I started my own business and have now proudly photographed hundreds of clients since then. I never, ever looked back!

When we relocated to Kansas from California, I decided to photograph families exclusively. Why? I LOVE capturing the fleeting stages of life for my clients, it's always been my favorite part of the job. Watching my clients go from engagement, to wedding, to babies...it's just been my favorite part. And, as Dr. Seuss said...
