Sara is a kickass CEO and founder of Kickass Masterminds. She has been a mentor to me since I joined one of her mastermind groups. I can’t wait to for you to listen to how a mastermind can benefit you and your business.
3 Things to look for when Pursuing a Mastermind:
- Curation: a curated group of business owners that are different but also bring different levels of experience. The goal is for no one to feel like the smartest person in the group. You should all be able to learn from one another and grow together. Sara describes this as your inner circle business BFF’s.
- Structure: a Mastermind should give some structure to your business and group. Sara says “it’s like CrossFit for business. You’re there doing the hard thing’s shoulder to shoulder, with the sore muscles, cheering each other on.”
- Professional Facilitator: someone to guide the conversation, limit speaking times to allow others to talk, keep the topic on task and encourages to push and challenge you in your group to help one another.
