Ditching Mom Guilt

February 17, 2020

In this episode, I am talking with Christina Scofield, Becky Kessel, & Stephanie Clairmont about mom guilt. We chat about all the ways we can combat inevitable mom guilt as we build our businesses and raise babies! Worrying about being the best mom to our children, being available for them emotionally and being present for them – this creates real emotions like guilt and anxiety around if we’re doing “enough.”

In today’s show we discuss:

  •  Are we, as moms, placing unrealistic expectations on ourselves?
  •  Creating boundaries personally and professionally.
  •  The struggle around social media for moms and how we can help balance it all.

Meet the Biz Moms

Becky Kessel is a motherhood photographer: maternity, newborn & family portraits. Becky has a gorgeous studio in Austin, TX, where she raises her 3 girls. While she’s busy making motherhood look beautiful, she struggles most with time management and balancing her mom life with work life.
