I’m so excited to be sharing and blogging so many family, maternity, and newborn sessions that I’ve photographed over the past 5 years. Obviously, I haven’t blogged images in a while, but as I’m establishing my business in our new home state, Kansas, I recently went back through all the images and sessions since 2016, and gosh, there are so many beautiful sessions that I haven’t shared!

First up are Caitlin and Jake! This is their first pregnancy and they now have three beautiful boys! I love getting to photograph different stages of life, including maternity photos. It’s such a huge stage of life! These two are always easy to photograph…relaxed and calm. Sometimes it’s hard to approach photo shoots that way, especially if you’re worried about your hair, makeup, or outfit. I find it way less stressful when I outsource hair and makeup and take my time finding a comfortable outfit to wear. One that I feel excited and confident in.

This particular location is one of my favorites. Find me a field and an oak tree (you know I already found one in Kansas) and I’m a happy photographer.
