Today we’re chatting with Miriam Jacobson who is a lady of many acronyms including registered dictation and triple certified nutritionist who specializes in functional medicine. I loved talking to Miriam. I think it’s so fascinating how food effects our bodies and we’re diving into how food effects all the areas of our lives. From our mood, to our weight, to our energy. Meet Miriam Jacobson

Hi, I’m Miriam Jacobson. My personal health journey began after losing my father when I was 13 years old. The stress and trauma combined with poor eating habits took a terrible toll on my health. I felt bloated, tired and anxious. At age 20 I would lay in bed at night crying from arthritic pains that my doctor told me didn’t really exist. I dreamt of feeling light, graceful and healthy.  

Healing myself through an integrative approach challenged me to redefine the relationship I had with myself, my grief and with food.

My mission is to help you live a full and engaged life where you feel balance in your body and mind.
